Recruiting Manager, AD-0301-00, Census-EXT-SC**AMENDED
NOTE:

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Experience:
Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Examples of experience sought for these positions include experience managing, supervising, leading as staff, assigning work and setting priorities. Experience managing a decentralized workforce. Experience providing outreach to various external networks such as local news media, community organizations and leaders, government officials. Experience communicating with internal management, training individuals and groups on recruiting techniques and strategies for hard to recruit locations. Experience implementing and monitoring a recruitment campaign to ensure large volumes of applicants apply within a specific geographic location. OR EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in any area with Superior Academic Achievement OR one full year of graduate education directly related to the position.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
