The Solution Sales Consultant plays a critical role within the Sales team at Precyse by identifying and aligning our solution offerings with client demand an expectations with the end goal of maximizing revenue and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. The Solution Sales Consultant will work with many teams and departments across the organization to ensure aligned messaging across proposal and marketing efforts. This position will manage the completion and analysis of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs). The position will provide project management, writing, and editing expertise while acting as the focal point for the Sales Team and other colleagues throughout the duration of an assigned proposal.
This position will also be the primary Demonstration Specialist for all on-site demonstrations of precyseCode technology in the U.S. Such activities include arranging all aspects of site preparation for a demo, coordinating with client evaluation teams, preparing demonstration equipment, shipping and logistics and on-site setup and operation of demo equipment. Demonstrations are often performed in front of large groups, including government officials. The Solution Sales Consultant will also develop and maintain the system demonstration scripts and will perform all system demonstrations using scripts. This position will work closely with the Sales team to determine the objectives of the demonstration and to ensure the goals are met.
Individual needs to be comfortable working with in a matrix management structure and be comfortable working in a dynamic fast passed environment with multiple projects ongoing simultaneously and shifting priorities based on current team and market needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide project management, writing and editing expertise while acting as a focal point for the Sales colleagues and other business unit colleagues throughout the duration of an assigned proposal.
Manages and administers request for proposal (RFP/ RFI) content database.
Maintain a database of RFP/RFI question and answer pairs frequently used in proposals.
Coordinate RFPs across all businesses to ensure required deadlines are met.
Assists field sales team in the coordination, completion and physical publication and delivery of RFP / RFI responses.
Assists field sales team in client proposal and presentation development.
Coordinates regular communication: in person, meetings/conference calls, email, etc to ensure sales and marketing are aligned and effectively communicating regarding projects, priorities and other activities.
Develop complex demonstrations and presentations as they apply to customer/prospect problems and need, ensure demonstrations map back to prospect RFP/RFI requirements, and skillfully articulate the feature and benefits as they apply to prospect requirements.
Anticipate and handle objections during the sales process articulating clear and concise responses that position the benefits of Precyse services and technology.
Act as a liaison between Sales and our internal colleagues for the purpose of knowledge sharing.
Supports the proposal process through the production of timetables, logs, and other charts and graphs as appropriate.
Maintains strong relationships and frequent communications with internal and external customers.
Learn and then know the precyseCode solution and its underlying technology platform inside and out; know how to troubleshoot systems, sometimes under pressure.
Handle all aspects of demonstration logistics (planning, location, equipment shipment, etc.).
Perform demonstration, usually with Sales and PAT support. This position is the primary position responsible for the overall success (technical functioning) of the demonstration.
Attend and contribute to marketing and sales events, including internal sales conferences and industry trade events.
Convey new and requested customer requirements from prospects and customers to product management.
Contribute towards the companys overall revenue goals by providing support for all aspects of the sales engagement process.
Works to ensure adherence to companies Compliance Program and HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations as evidenced by appropriate handling of patient information; promoting confidentiality and using discretion when handling patient information.

Qualifications:
RHIT or RHIA certification and CCS preferred.
Bachelor degree preferred in Health Information Management with 3 -5 years Coding and Revenue Cycle experience.
Marketing or Business with 2-3 years experience.
MS Office experience required with high level of proficiency in WORD, EXCEL,POWERPOINT.
Experience developing proposals and/or completing requests for proposals (RFP s).
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Highly organized; flexible and willing attitude to complete tasks within deadlines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
