Territory Account Manager

This role offers you the opportunity to assume ownership of a high-potential territory, represent a high profile brand -- Stanley National Hardware -- and showcase your passion for sales. You will consult with retail customers, from independent dealers to managers of national chain stores, selling product and providing customer service and merchandising support. If you truly enjoy selling and have a knack for building relationships, you'll find this position very satisfying. This is true belly-to-belly selling, and also a road warrior role, so we're looking for a go-getter with a great attitude and hunger for results. Your success in this role could set you up to take on additional responsibilities down the road and grow your career within the organization. This territory includes a very small part of Northeastern New York state, all of Vermont, and the western half of New Hampshire.
To meet the basic qualifications for this role you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the Territory Account Manager opportunity, you also should have:
Solid consultative sales experience, preferably in hardware, locksets, building materials, construction, or a similar vertical.
A demonstrated ability to:
Build and maintain relationships within accounts.
Grow sales by expanding your footprint in stores.
Provide customer service and merchandising support to accounts.
Strong business acumen and the ability to manage and execute high-level strategy and day-to-day tactical interactions.
Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
Experience with salesforce.com or a similar CRM is preferred.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
