Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative - Burlington, VT - $30,000 - $35,000/year (+bonus and benefits)

A highly skilled bi-lingual Customer Service Representative must be able to:
Communicate
o Speak with customers in the US and Canada on the phone and through email to answer questions, concerns, place orders, and provide updates
o Liaison with customers and the order fulfillment team to ensure orders are sent out on time
o Sell products and input customer orders into the database
o Collaborate with team and management on product updates, process improvements, and sales activities
Organize
o Stay updated on client information, orders, and requests to quickly respond to and provide continuous updates
o Maintain reports for client sales activity, back orders, and pricing updates
o Track customer orders in the database to ensure deadlines are met
Attentive to detail
o Review continuously changing products so that you can respond to client questions and be a product expert
o Ensure accuracy of client orders, research billing issues, and follow-up on customer inquiries
o Recognize and alert the team of customer concerns to make process or product improvements
Requirements to apply for this position:
o Bachelor's Degree
o Fluent in English and Quebecois French, ideally native French speaker
o 3
years of experience in a customer interfacing role
o Tech savvy- the ability to operate MS Office Suite, learn a company-specific software, navigate online and through social media networking sites
