Customer Service Supervisor

A leading national organization is hiring for a Customer Service Supervisor to direct, coach, and mentor call center employees. A successful Customer Service Supervisor will complete the following:
Communicate daily and weekly expectations to the staff by setting goals and priorities
Mentor and guide the team on how to communicate effectively with their callers so that they may collect accurate information
Analyze staff KPI and coach employees on any areas needing improvement
Review the feedback received by employees from their calls each week and present the findings to upper management
Maintain project schedules to ensure the staff are completing the required work in a timely manor
Create and manage the work schedules to guarantee a proper amount of employees are working each shift throughout the 7-day work week
Interview, support hiring decisions, and train new staff
Make staffing or termination recommendations to upper management
The following qualifications are required to be considered for this position:
3-5 years of proven Customer Service leadership experience
5
years of Customer Service expertise
Associate's degree is required, Bachelors degree is ideal
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Data Collection software experience is ideal, but not necessary

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
