The Sales Reporting Analyst generates, analyzes, and distributes information to management to assist them with making strategic decisions for the company. The position works with sales management, and sales reps to provide them with accurate and detailed reporting. The position will be a key member of the North American Sales Planning Group and will assist with forecasting, analysis and process improvement. This position requires strong analytical skills, a superior attention to detail, and high proficiency level with Microsoft Excel, ERP, and Business Intelligence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize information systems such as ERP and Business Intelligence to provide essential analysis in order to help Sales Management identify and maximize sales and profit opportunities.
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports.
Generate and analyze industry market trends, customer sales reporting, sales rep leaderboards, and dealer historical purchase data.
Produce sales reporting for all sales meetings.
Provide ad-hoc reporting for Sales Rep, and Sales Managers in North America.
Provide reporting to sales managers to assist them in the forecasting process.
Assist Sales Planning Supervisor with forecasting analysis and process improvements.
Work with IT to automate report creation and distribution through the BIN and other methods.
Anticipate reporting needs and develop exception reporting.
Assist SP&A Manager with business planning process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent computer skills including ERP/BI, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proactive and positive, customer service orientated.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and adhere to timelines.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Understanding of boardsports marketplace and products.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and at least 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively respond to questions from groups of managers and reps.
ANALYTICAL ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
