Burton Snowboards is looking for a VP of US Sales to provide strategic leadership for Burton's US wholesale sales channels including specialty, national/key accounts, and resort/rental, as well as all business development efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will be responsible for establishing and meeting annual sales and distribution targets in support of Burton's strategic Trail Map and 3 year plan. The scope of the role includes all hardgoods (boards, boots, bindings, helmets, goggles), softgoods (outerwear, accessories), apparel and bags for the Burton and anon brands.

years proven track record leading a sales function in action sports, outdoor industry, or related industry.
Demonstrated track record in multi-channel distribution model that includes specialty, national/key accounts, resort and/or business development. Experience in both consumer and customer (retailer) sectors, ideally within outdoor and/or action sports/lifestyle industry.
The ability for regular travel within the US, and occasional international travel. Travel is up to 40% of the time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
