#### What you will be doing
Training and directing the banquet staff in servicing all banquet activities in order to ensure a successful function and repeat business.

Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
Knowledge of all applicable federal, state and local health and safety regulations.
Must have flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
