Provide systems analysis for H&HSS software development projects. Develop and manage requirements, write and execute test cases, and provide support for system stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information System, or other relevant technical field or equivalent experience

years of overall IT experience with systems development lifecycle experience using structured methodologies in requirements management, process/data analysis and quality control
Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system requirements
Demonstrated experience and hands-on involvement in software quality control -- e.g., integration/system/regression/performance/user acceptance testing
Must have had experience working with relational databases and querying data for analysis, testing and research
Proficiency with state healthcare programs (e.g., Medicaid, CHIP) and related functions (e.g., enrollment management, eligibility determination)
Proven experience contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle
Experience with standardized process/quality oriented frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ISO, CMMI, Six Sigma)
Understanding and experience working with data warehousing concepts and tools
Consultative mindset applied to solution definition/delivery and problem solving
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment
Ability to successfully execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Excellent analytical skills
Willing to travel occasionally
