Retail Marketing Manager
Company Description Job Description Responsibilities o Manages and plans marketing timelines and calendars to meet month-to-month business needs including all items associated with promotional offers, advertising and events.
o Manages the Retail Marketing Coordinator to support seasonal promotional assets and events for Direct retail stores.
o Works closely with in-house departments (i.
e.
Creative, Accounting and Logistics) on the timely and efficient development and distribution of quality marketing materials for key accounts.
o Responsible for planning, measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the Retail Marketing programs.
o Develops and maintains understanding of competitive environment including key players and marketing strategies.
Requirements o Strong Retail Marketing background with corporate level experience.
o Strong written, public speaking and oral communication skills in a corporate environment.
o Strong understanding of marketing principles and execution.
o Strong analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills.
o Competition, industry and trend awareness with a strong knowledge of the market.
o Ability to travel 25% of the year.
o Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general computer knowledge.
o Bachelors degree required.
o 4-6 years of Retail Marketing experience for a national chain.
