The Chief Financial Officer will need to leverage their knowledge of Health Care Reform, corporate finance, insurance operations and billing, as well has financial reporting and insurance filings, and managing a growing finance department.

years of embedded system / SoC / ASIC experience o Experience testing software and hardware products o Good software skills with C/C+
and Python scripting.
o Experience in developing test-plans, test-benches, C/C-based transactors, and writing/debugging assembly based tests.
o Experience in software testing, including an understanding of white box and black box testing, test design, test tools and methods, test documentation o In-depth knowledge of logic design and microprocessor architectures desirable o Experience with advanced verification techniques such as coverage driven testing, formal verification and assertions desirable o Should be a team player with excellent communication skill and be able to work Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
o May directly develop embedded firmware in C o Develop test plans and unit test environments o Develop tests in C and/or Python for testing in simulation emulation, FPGA and silicon environments o Report and track bugs in JIRA o Find root cause for failing tests o Develop coverage monitors and analyze for high functional coverage o Develop checkers or C/C-base transactor to verify the design o Tests should work in the emulation, FPGA and silicon environments Education BS, or MS, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required Click here to apply.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
