Company Description Job Description Contingent Network Services is looking for experienced, quality Field Technicians! This is an opportunity to gain further experience and earn income with part-time work as a 1099 contractor.
Please note that this is NOT a full time position but as you build your resume with us and gain experience, we certainly may be able to keep you busy.
Pay rate:
negotiable upon job assignment and/or partner level.
We are looking for technicians with the following competencies :
CCTV Electrical Fiber HVAC Networking Paging Software Solar Structured Distribution (may also be referred to as structured wiring or cabling) Telecommunications VoIP Wireless Having these tools will allow you to be able to accept more opportunities with Contingent.
Advanced tool kits are utilized for specialized jobs.
Contingent currently has the need for partners with advanced tools and will be given priority status for new opportunities.
Advanced Tool Kit 1.
Fiber Optic Meter 2.
T-Berd Test Set (Used for Ethernet, Fiber, DS3, & PRI) 3.
Fluke Meter 4.
Wireless Spectrum Analyzer 5.
EVDO/Aircard for wireless internet access General Tool Kit 1.
Laptop (XP or greater) 1.
Fiber Optic Meter 3.
Smartphone w/ Camera Capabilities 4.
Ladder (6ft minimum) 5.
Lineman's Handset (Butt Set) 6.
Punch Down Tools (110 and 66 Style blades).

Cat5e Cable (Certified) 8.
Fish Tape 9.
Label Maker 10.
RJ11 and RJ45 jack 11.
