Job Description Dale of Norway is a 130 year old Norwegian manufacturer of premium knitwear and outerwear with offices in Europe and North America.
This position is vital to the front office and we are looking for an upbeat and energetic person.
Limited seasonal travel will be required in conjunction with sales meetings and tradeshows.
Job responsibilities include:
Order processing, tracking and follow-up Online consumer orders; processing, packing and shipping Consumer inquiries Assist with sales meetings and retailer presentations Represent the brand at a few seasonal tradeshows as part of our tradeshow team Manage various on-going sales projects Some experience with the retail industry, sales and/or marketing is preferred but not a requirement.
All company communication is in English but ability to speak French is a plus.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning/using sales programs and other software systems.
Salary consummate with experience.
