We are searching for a Business Analyst in Burlington, Vermont who has previous business analyst experience, and preferably experience with electronic health records.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be exposed to all phases of the Agile development process with focused responsibilities on the functional design of our clinical solution including its integration with other components.
Responsibilities include functional design of system solutions for presented business problems as they relate to physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, development of user stories, system requirements and functional specifications and business rules, as well as problem-solving of related workflow and application issues. In addition, you will be involved in conducting peer reviews in support of the design process, interviewing customers with regard to workflow details, assisting in the testing of product releases to validate against specifications, reviewing end-user documentation, training internal users (customer support, implementation, education services teams) on application features and working to set and meet project delivery dates.

Education/
Experience:
Clinical experience and/or software design expertise is required. A clinical software implementation background would also be acceptable. In addition to a Bachelor degree in area of specialty, you have 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Strong communication and writing skills; ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; self-motivation; excellent problem-solving skills and strong organization skills are required. MS-office skills (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) are required.
