yrs of Production Support experience Plusses - Previous Healthcare Exchanges experience - ITIL certification Day-to-Day - Perform small enhancements and code changes in Siebel - Develop solution/break fix, perform testing and deployment and understand the design, code and test cases of the application - Perform code and test case reviews on new application enhancements - Automate manual workarounds and maintenance activities - Participate in performance tuning activities to improve application performance - Coordinate business approval of production migrations (release entry framework to be extended).
- Facilitate the hand-off of new release functionality from the development team to the OM team - Monitor production capacity and storage for ! the application and take corrective action when capacity thresholds are passed - Perform productivity improvement programs and preventive maintenance initiatives related to OM - Monitor and report on quality of code delivered to production Source:
