Job Description The Implementation Specialist will:
Become fully versed in our suite of software solutions.
Become fully versed in supported hardware and drivers.
Become knowledgeable in the credit union industry.
Develop and/or maintain internal client support policies and procedures.
Assist Implementation Specialists in ongoing client support.
Conduct QA testing as directed.
Assist in data conversion processes.
Create and conduct client training sessions.
Perform other professional service work as directed by the VP of Client Development.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
BS/BA degree in a business or technical field preferred.
Working knowledge of PHP and HTML structure.
Ability to travel with minimal notice.
MySQL / SQL experience desired, other SQL a plus.
Knowledge of windows server operating systems and IIS.
Three years of experience in IT or credit union industry preferred.
Project Management experience preferred.
Excellent verbal, public speaking and written communication skills.
Ability to manage several tasks at once.
Ability to grasp technical concepts readily.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work extensive and irregular hours.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to quickly adjust to different time zones.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
