Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a RN Case Manager for an excellent opportunity in the Burlington, VT area! This case management position requires a Registered Nurse to serve as a liaison for case management staff, the state, and company clients. This is an analytical position working with clinical reports.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Analyze clinical and process reports to assist with identification of RN training needs and identifying best practices.
Works with state managers to support the day-to-day operations of assignments for the state team. Assuring that care coordinators have the tools and support needed to provide care coordination to the high-risk, high-cost Medicaid members.
Provide in-depth program and ad hoc training on the C3 system.
Gain feedback from end users on the tools, technology and workflows to support coordinating care.
Review and assign cases referred to the program to appropriate clinical staff.
Approval of final candidate needed from State client.Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with Vermont RN License
Must have Case/Care Management Experience
Experience in Care Coordination
Must be computer savvy & have excellent communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
