Job Description:
The Matworks Company, LLC , located in Beltsville, MD, is looking for night area managers in the Vermont area for their Janitorial Floor Care Division.
Function:
This position oversees the area supervisors and subcontractor cleaning crews of each store within his/her designated region.
Visits with store managers on a periodic basis to insure customer satisfaction.
Duties - Handles issues - If an employee calls out and a replacement cannot be found, the leader will clean the floor in that store.
- Submits adjustments to employee hours.
- Other projects as assigned.
Knowledge - Floor care or janitorial management experience - Floor/carpet care knowledge as well as the cleaning equipment used on each type.
