Specialized Corporate Travel Counselor- Virtual - American Express (Montpelier, VT)
## Description Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
## Qualifications 2 years corporate travel experience preferred along with international booking experience.
Experience working with high touch corporate customers and Investment banking portfolio experience preferred.
Effectively communicate and conflict resolution skills; strong organizational and ability to multi task.
Demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to manage change effectively, ability to manage workflow in a highly complex & fast changing environment.
Strong knowledge but not limited to; Airline upgrade procedures, Hotel amenities and black car service.
Display highest level of integrity when dealing with internal & external customers.
Knowledge of Apollo and Sabre GDS, Preferred.
These positions requires 8:
00am-6:
00pm shifts and must be flexibility to work various shifts (between 8a-9p) as determined by customer call volumes and business needs as well as additional client related Axcess@Home Requirements:
Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds:
