## Description This Team Leader will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of travel counselors supporting one of our dedicated clients.
As an American Express Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Employee monitoring, feedback, evaluations, training and observance of workflow Driving results by leading the team to achieve shareholder and customer goals Communicating with their team to ensure that they are informed about issues which affect them and their customers Ensuring that their team delivers exceptional customer service Developing relationships with customers and client management ## Qualifications A successful applicant will have the following
Qualifications:
Strong relationship building skills At least 5 years of recent travel experience is required; corporate travel experience is highly preferred Prior leadership experience is highly preferred Working knowledge of the Sabre GDS is required Outstanding team player who has proven success working with teams to accomplish goals Ability to drive and measure business results Ability to successfully understand and implement policies, procedures, and programs Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills who can work well under pressure Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Demonstrated passion for service with the ability to resolve customer issues and concerns Ability to manage and resolve conflict Axcess@Home Requirements:
Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds:
