Workforce Management Coordinator

The Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of the workforce management system including data input, data integrity, data maintenance, production of workforce reports, and workforce analyses. The Analyst works closely with the CSC Manager and Business Analyst to produce workforce forecast projections, and to monitor, report on, and analyze workforce metrics to help ensure workforce objectives are met. The analyst will also oversee Service Request management and any CSC outreach efforts. Weekly, the Analyst produces CSR work schedules, ensuring individual work schedules precisely reflect agreed upon scheduling arrangements.
Creation and generation of WMS reports; Analysis of WMS data to spot current and historical trends; develop actionable workforce solutions for review
Monitor telephony systems real time reports to ensure appropriate staffing levels by skillset to meet service level agreements and project financial goals
Works collaboratively with others to produce staffing forecasts and related reports; define requirements, test criteria, and success factors. Create schedules for CSR staff
Management of outreach efforts and escalated CRM Service Requests
Proficient, current Pipkins user
Familiarity with WM software generally
Proficient MS Office, Avaya user
High School Diploma required
Eligibility, enrollment or related program experience
Knowledge of project operations, systems, processes and flows
Demonstrated strong analytic, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment accomplishing many complex tasks simultaneously
Ability to work effectively with others and individually
