Sports Equipment - National Accounts Sales Rep (Paid Membership Required to Apply) - WorkInSports
This position can be located in Western PA, NYC or at the Burton offices in Burlington, VT Key Responsibilities Sales responsibility for the execution of sales and margin growth targets for Rep s accounts.
Responsible for delivering product presentations for all categories, assortment planning and developing categorical strategies in conjunction with National Account Sales Director.
Manage & communicate ongoing sales forecasts to support financial planning as well as opportunity planning.
Responsible for sales forecasts and assortment planning for all assigned dealers.
Manage communication with key internal Burton personnel (Retail Marketing & Merchandising, Product Management, Operations, Demand Planning, Inventory Analysts, Category Managers, etc.
) Develop and manage relationships in all key departments within specific Account Base (Merchandising / Buying, Marketing, Store Operations, Finance, etc).
Share and communicate key personnel to sales management.
Manage and execute dealer s Sales Program / Term Sheets.
Work in conjunction with Burton s Retail & Brand Marketing team to execute merchandising plans & brand activations.
Sales planning to include sales program development, margin analysis, and delivery of sales presentations internally and externally.
Education & Experience Excellent data analytical skills to analyze and capitalize short & long term opportunities Strong product merchandising background and experience Ability to deliver impactful presentations to all levels in an organization The ability to visualize product assortments and influence dealer s assortment planning process in support of Burton s goals Ability to work remotely Self-motivated, self-starter, results driven Strong time & priority management Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong MS office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
