Key Responsibilities tasks that need to be completed to ensure timely and effective execution of all new product and other major projects in the project; managing all aspects of the project to ensure timely and effective execution Facilitate the development of business requirements by large teams of business analysts user test plans, executing those test plans and obtaining appropriate sign off from user managers Establish a management team for each project, escalating issues to that management group, reporting and managing risks and status reporting Ensure that the business resources are following established processes; lead and/or participate on the teams to improve processes if necessary Job Requirements 5:
10 years financial services (preferably life and annuity) experience managing large, cross:
functional, complex projects in a matrixed environment Bachelors degree in related field Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project); lean six sigma tools Ability to meet established deadlines; must be a self:
starter and be able to work independently as well as being a team player Experienced project manager of large teams working in a complex business and systems environment, skilled at building effective teams and managing scope Ability to work in a fast:
paced environment; strong organizational skills a must Must be action and results oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex subject matter Source:
