The Order Management Analyst II will be responsible for enabling the sales order processing by coordinating and integrating our customer data, product line and sales programs into our system(s); this action will capture sales orders from preseason through closeout for each selling cycle, and for assigned categories and/or brands. The position works closely with cross-functional teams, internal resources, and management and will be responsible for creating order forms, pricelists, sales programs and facilitating order entry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Sales Systems & Tools:
Support all aspects of Sales Systems and tools; includes but is not limited to the following;
o Execute original and ongoing product line changes to sales tools (price lists, order forms, etc.) update preseason orders in system.
o In partnership with Sales and Finance, implement sales programs/pricelists
o Sample Order Forms and Uploads
o Inventory availability and Sales promotions on the BIN
o Review drafts of dealer catalog against material information for style, color and size
o Create BIN catalogs; region specific
o Create sales order forms
o Maintain tables and programs to execute
Order Set-Up: Build order entry systems by managing the materials for preseason, reorder and closeout placement, which includes setting up BIN catalogs in ERP and testing preseason and reorder entry systems globally.
Create Order Forms, Pricelists: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Demand Planning to insure simple order entry for reps and dealers-including validity of all styles, colors, sizes and prices. Coordinate approval and delivery of order forms-globally, where applicable.
Order Up-Load: Build the macros for uploading the order forms. Manage the collection and track incoming orders with Customer Service; capture any special requests or errors and facilitate resolution.
Coordinate NA Sales Programs: Work with Sales, Legal and Credit to define programs and qualifications. Coordinate the programming and testing of SAP with IT, and pricing alignment between Sales Management and Product Managers.
Build, Develop, Drive optimization of Sales Tools
o Review and report on google analytics creating visibility into BIN statistics specifically for order placement
o Using the tools in place to gather feedback to assist with reduction of calls/emails to CS
Order Management:
Ensure orders are placed accurate and timely. This includes all aspects of EDI, Contract Management, and I-docs.
Work with other functional teams to ensure processes a work together to meet the objectives of the job and meet financial performance and delivery goals.
Participate in defining and enhancing requirements: including - workflows, reports, sales tools and forms
Review all deliverables throughout the order lifecycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality and VAS requirements have been met
Participate in global deployments to implement the order management blueprint to support other regions, specifically China.
Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or the equivalent combination of education plus experience required. This position requires 4-6 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory or any combination of above. Strong Microsoft Office, specifically within excel. SAP, Analytics and Business Intelligence reporting experience recommended.
