## Description
Solution architect who can effectively communicate the Allscripts technology strategy and the value that our products create for clients.
Represent the voice of Services Sales into Solutions Management for product strategy decisions around technology related programs such as Community, Interfaces Services, ADP Partners and Architecture.
Present our Technology and System Integration capabilities to clients and prospects.
Engage with our clients and Services team during sales opportunities to ensure proper solutions, technologies and services are being proposed to meet client needs and maximize Allscripts opportunity.
Engage with Services, Solutions Management, and Finance to improve packaging and system integration services to meet competitive demands.
Engage with Sales Operations, Development and Services to properly develop the technical work effort required for billable services, and provide detailed statement of work deliverables.
Actively participate in key sales opportunities to close business and maximize bookings objectives.
## Job Requirements
Primarily responsible for working with clients to provide technical services integration solutions. This requires understanding and articulating the technical architecture of our solutions and the integration options we can propose.
Facilitate sales productivity and quality through consultative relationships with the Sales Team, Clients and Prospects.
Work with Sales Executives and Clients on proposal generation and approval.
Contribute to the content and delivery of team member training, including generation of Sales reference materials.
Partner with Sales Executives to define key opportunities.
Function as a technical consultant as well as Sales partner with the common goal of providing quality solutions that achieve corporate and client objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional decisions regarding solution improvements or the introduction of new technologies by working with internal and external parties.
Academic and Professional
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in Windows technical support role.
Minimum one Microsoft Certification as well as other certifications preferred including MCSE, advanced CISCO certifications, Citrix, AIS, database and Application Server configuration certifications or advanced DB experience.
Proven technical and non-technical documentation skills.
Demonstrated communication skills that span audiences from non-technical to advanced IT professionals.
Experience applying technology to solve business issues and effect internal process improvement.
