Position Description:
Development Team Lead
The Team Lead will help coordinate the efforts of the multiple requirements to implement the first release of Vermont Health application suite, specifically the Health Exchange. The candidate will work closely with other project leaders and members including Project Managers, Architects and Business Analysts to define to the detailed development team project plan and deliverables. Assist with delivery of project milestone documentation.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Lead will be responsible for development and deployment of project plan
Provide Development team status reporting and updates in MS Project Server to properly describe the development team progress
Work with the business analyst to refine requirement definition
Analyze and identify time-sensitive system problems that could have an impact on business operations
Assist in client meetings and general communications with clients
Required Skills:
Minimum of 7 years of overall professional IT experience
3
years working with developments teams and projects.
Experience as a developer is a must
Experience in working in an Services Oriented Architecture is a must
Experienced in software development and business modeling of Web applications, Client/Server systems, Distributed Applications and other custom-built projects on Windows platforms.
Hands on experience with application deployment technology
The ability to think independently and prioritize the development teams' work based on SLAs and project demands with changing priorities
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
Aptitude for complex problem analysis/resolution
Organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership abilities
Desired Skills:
Development Skills and understand of SDLC methodology
Experience in the Insurance or Healthcare industry
Education:
Bachelors degree

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
