Title: Operations Budget Specialist

PDS Tech is seeking a Operations Budget Specialist for an open position.
Responsibilities:
o Act as central point of contact for all Self Service Purchasing (SSP) system transactions for Marketing and Sales organization
o Process & track organization's purchase order requests, check requests, receipts against POs & vendor set up, accurately and expeditiously
o Support AST transactions as directed
o Accurately & consistently maintain team Excel expense trackers
o Accurately follow expense mapping matrix to ensure correct coding of all transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
o Ability to prioritize transactions and proactively manage anticipated volume increases at quarter end
o Ability to self-pace, managing responsibilities to 40 hour work week
o Must be extremely comfortable working with online transactional systems, have excellent follow up and pro-active problem solving skills, and ability to self-teach via training documents
o Advanced Microsoft Excel skills necessary
o Attention to detail critical and ability to execute in a fast paced & demanding environment a must
o Requires administrative assistant candidates with experience managing budgets or accounting or finance work that includes tracking, reconciling and reporting on estimated and actual expenses on a monthly/quarterly basis
o Candidate must display excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.
If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.
