Head of Maintainence - Camels Hump Middle School (Richmond, VT)
The employee will perform a variety of maintenance and facilities duties including but not limited to:
management of records, preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical or other systems, grounds and supervision of contractors and other custodial staff.
Applicants must have some prior maintenance or other related experience and demonstrate competencies in working with a variety of contractors/purveyors.
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
