The Hospital Pharmacist will consult with Providers and provide patient education on medications and adverse reactions.
The Hospital Pharmacist will serve as an expert for the healthcare team including Nurses, to provide Drug and Treatment Education.
The Hospital Pharmacist will perform other duties as assigned such as drug utilization reviews, inventory management, participate in staff meetings, collaborate with the patient care teams, and provide optimal patient and family customer service.
