What are we looking for? The April Cornell Online Customer Care team is growing! Our Online Customer Care team members are responsible for providing a delightful online shopping experience for our customers.
The primary function of this position is to engage with our customers who prefer to speak with us by phone to place orders from our website and print catalogs, answer product questions, give sizing guidance, discuss FAQ's and policies, and troubleshoot shopping and order issues that may arise.
What experience would be valuable? Prior customer service experience and Salesforce experience is a plus! Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues Dedication to providing a high level of Customer Satisfaction Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus This is a full-time, year-round, in-person office only position.
