Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store - Interview, hire, and train new employees - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve store targets - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels - Supervise and schedule staff to ensure proper coverage - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Handle cash register operations and perform cash handling duties - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or retail management is preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations - Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of employees - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Note:
