Basic Function The assistant supports the marketing team with a broad range of tasks including securing marketing materials, communicating with vendors, inputting data to various platforms, evaluating key metrics and providing marketing statistics, and jumping in on creative projects as needed.
Characteristic Duties & Responsibilities Pull segmented lists--e.
g.
members, ticket buyers, subscribers, etc.
--from our database for digital campaigns Contact outlets--e.
g.
newspapers, digital publications, radio/TV stations, etc.
--to gather ad costs, rates, and due dates, and organize into a schedule Source print costs and conduct pricing comparisons for print materials we create and distribute Contact artist representatives to obtain and organize artist materials--show descriptions, photos, videos, social handles, etc.
Assist in cleaning, updating, and growing our list of press contacts Conduct social media research, in conjunction with our digital marketing partners, to find out more about artists of interest, other arts organizations, and industry influencers Maintain the marketing calendar for the theater's marquee, social media, and email while compiling new messages and planning the changeovers Other duties as assigned Supervision Received Reports to the Marketing Director Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple projects Detail oriented, willingness to try new things and bring new ideas Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) a plus Passion for the performing arts.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
