Reception, Scheduler, and Administrator (Office Ambassador) We are a small, established, and successful orthodontic practice looking for a front office scheduler and receptionist with an opportunity for professional growth.
If you have ever thought of working in the health field, we are looking for a professional person to assist the Doctor and Treatment Coordinator with multiple aspects of the business:
reception work, scheduling, collections, limited treatment coordination, and developing creative strategies to market the practice.
Conscientiousness, maturity, flexibility, ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal and organizational skills are some of the qualities we are seeking.
Computer skills on Macintosh platform and a background in reception work, finance, and dental/ medical terminology are preferred but with the right candidate we are willing to train.
