Company Description Job Description SUMMARY PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with product management team to define product and application requirements, create use and test cases, deliver client enhancements and respond to new marketing requirements that meet evolving business needs.
Work with product development team to facilitate communication on technical issues and develop robust test suites.
Support and test application architecture based on standards & requirements.
Adhere and ensure compliance to all established procedures such as change management, security and operations.
Recommend improvements where needed.
Ownership and accountability to assignments, ensuring successful resolution for clients in a timely fashion.
Investigation and problem solving of client issues to assist the product support team, shielding the development team from day to day customer issues.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Proficiency using COTS testing tools to facilitate creation and maintenance of automated tests.
Experienced in structuring test plans and automated testing that progress logically.
Interact professionally with internal and external resources.
Proficiency in use of testing tools to facilitate creation and maintenance of automated tests.
Excellent verbal and written communicator, with excellent organizational skills.
Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative team environment in a cross-office environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE BE/B.
Tech from any stream, with good academic records.
Knowledge of web-based architecture.
Knowledge of Agile software development cycle preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting:
Assist with writing/debugging SQL statements to analyze data/resolve client issues Scripting languages experience preferably in Java/Java Script, SQL.
Certified software tester, similar designation or applicable work experience preferred.
Knowledge of test tools and architecture of automated testing suites.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands on technical troubleshooting experience within PaaS environments.
Recent experience working in a technical support environment for an HRIS or financial services software product company is preferred.

Years' Experience in a Quality Assurance.
WORKING CONDITIONS Minor physical effort is required, which may involve periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing or similar activities.
Most job duties are performed in an office or at a desk, writing, using the telephone, calculator and computer.
