The Product Analyst is responsible for participating in, documenting and controlling the initial design and enhancement process for assigned products. This person will assist in the growth of the product customer base through support of Sales, Implementation and Customer Support departments. The Product Analyst will also assist in the process of ensuring documentation and testing of assigned products is accurate and up-to-date. This person supports the Product Manager in increasing and maintaining overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilites:
Product Design Research, document, write or assist in writing functional specifications, as directed by the Product Manager
Conduct presentations of requirements and specification as they are developed
Participate in and assist in organizing user focus groups
Management of the enhancement process for assigned products
Assist in the testing of new products, releases, and enhancements
Assist in editing product documentation TRAINING
Assist in editing training materials
Responsible for assisting Product Manager with training Sales, Implementation and Support teams in new products and releases
Assist in new employee training Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
Proficient analytical skills

Effective training skills
Ability to work effectively on a team
Knowledge of and/or experience in producing functional specifications
Prior experience in healthcare technology
Proficient computer knowledge including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must display excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills with all levels of internal and external customers
Preferred:
Industry knowledge
Understanding of decision logic and billing/coding logic
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Must be self-directed, willing to work independently and comfortable taking the lead on resolving issues that span multiple groups or team members
Become the subject matter expert on the resulting products and be available to support and business development teams.
Knowledge of the assigned product through prior experience in the industry is a plus
Prior experience communicating with and discerning the business needs of the clinical and non-clinical shareholders in the healthcare environment
Experience with development, testing, documentation or QA of an EMR solution is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
