Develop and maintain an integrated protection program system security.
Communicate security strategy and status to Management and the Board.
Participate in the oversight review of new facilities, applications and technology environments during development or acquisitions processes to ensure compliance.
To be successful, the Information Security Officer will require the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience; a master's degree preferred.
Superior theoretical and practical expertise in information systems security.
Superior influencing, negotiating and communication skills are required.
Ability to inform, educate and influence management throughout the organization to support corporate initiatives.
