Director, Industrial Plant Design and Process - Confidential (Waterbury, VT)
Summary:
The Director of Industrial Plant Design and Process, in partnership with Planning, Engineering and other supporting functions oversees new manufacturing site creation from discovery to startup including site selection and integration, office space fit up, process design, economic incentives and all aspects of plant and facilities architectural design.
This position partners with the Supply Chain and Supporting functions in the overall planning, design, engineering, construction, staffing, process development and certification of all New Sites and for expanding production and distribution facilities for all GMCR.
