Automotive Finance Director / Manager - Dealership Finance Department (Burlington, VT)
Automotive Finance Manager We need an experienced F&I Manager in our growing finance department!
Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner.
Lead, mentor, and foster relationships throughout the dealership.
Establish and exceed monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and year end reports.
Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in an automotive dealership's finance department.
Outgoing, career minded personality with an expertise in developing relationships.
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
