Sports Equipment - Master Data Analyst - Burlington - WorkInSports (Burlington, VT)

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing all business functions related to master data.
They will be able work independently, utilize ERP software knowledge, business process knowledge and procedures to correctly enter and maintain master data.
The Master Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather the requirements, necessary pre-requisites and data required to create the master data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Responsibilities and Duties Master Data In depth knowledge of how the master data is used in downstream processes and impact it will have, in order to make sound decisions with regards to its creation and maintenance.
Execute record creation/change for specified regions in a timeframe that meets business requirements.
Responsible for ensuring data quality in the system(s) after creation/change.
Periodic communication to stakeholders summarizing what has been done recently and what is coming up next.
Communicate and interact with other teams and/or departments to resolve issues regarding master data.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Training Leadership Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and communicate deadlines.
Establish and facilitate a periodic meeting with stakeholders to review current progress, up-coming planned tasks and review deadlines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and develop new or improved processes.
Documentation Create and maintain a calendar for master data maintenance.
Document master data maintenance procedures.
Create a service level agreement to be shared and agreed to with stakeholders.
Develop detailed requirements documents as required.
SAP Configuration Familiarization with SAP configuration Execute configuration as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with Advanced Excel techniques, such as formulas and/or macros.
