Non-Exempt District/Project Manager PERFORMANCE AND/OR EDUCATON PREREQUISITES:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of at least 2 years prior merchandising experience.
Past supervisory experience preferred.

Organizes and distributes planograms Pre-calls and schedules store Executes profile and re-profile categories Labeling Installs security fixtures MARGINAL ACTIVITIES:
Manipulates product for equal spacing and aesthetic appearance Ensures that work area is clean and safe ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to adjust pace and tasks as needed and possess the ability to work cooperatively with other employees and third parties Ability to give and take direction Ability to effectively manage workload Ability to complete appropriate paperwork and online data entry Ability to follow and comprehend any adjustments made to the planogram Ability to set goals and review instructions with each Merchandiser Ability and willingness to be exposed to heights while on stools and/or ladders Ability to manage the Store Activity Reporting (SAR) and Payroll reporting processes.
Ability to manage the appropriate number of hours used to obtain goal objectives, ensures that all payroll hours and all other necessary information is entered into the automated payroll system correctly and timely Ability to adhere to uniform and physical appearance policies Details of the Essential Job Functions:
1) Organization and distribution of planograms o Receive planograms at home and separate into work areas o Review and prepare for workday 2) Pre-calling and scheduling of stores o Ensure that the worksite(s) are prepared so merchandisers are able to perform work o Staff appropriate number of employees for each worksite 3) Profiling and/or re-profiling o Move shelves to different positions o Move pegs to different positions 4) Labeling o Label per the planogram o Pull price labels from perforated sheets and/or shelf channels and peg hooks o Place labels on shelf channels or on peg hooks at various heights 5) Sorting and distribution of merchandise o Stock new merchandise o Reposition merchandise per the new labels o Place merchandise on shelves and/or pegs o Place extra merchandise and/or discontinued merchandise in labeled tote 6) Installation of security fixtures (if applicable) o Attach security devises on floor models o Attach security devises to merchandise o Attach security devises to shelving units Cycle Work Physical Demands Constant 66 - 100% of Day Frequent 33 - 65% of Day Occasional 1 - 33% of Day Not Performed Comments Sitting X Performed intermittently with profiling, tagging, stocking/restocking.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
