Sanitation Team Lead - 3rd Shift
Company Description Job Description Sanitation Team Lead- 3rd Shift Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Coordinates the work of crew members to ensure that proper cleaning procedures are consistently being followed.
Ensures that CIP settings are accurate and established procedures are followed.
Troubleshoots and performs necessary repairs on the CIP.
Monitors equipment for proper sanitation, including the breakdown and reassembly of equipment after cleaning.
Monitors for proper temperature, flow, & conductivity.
Maintain accurate records and ensures that charts are accurately filled out and properly stored.
Utilizes knowledge of RO, whey processing, & understands the proper cleaning of equipment and machines.
Checks chemical strengths Required Skills/
Qualifications:
Associates' Degree or equivalent education and experience 2
years of Sanitation experience in a Dairy manufacturing environment 2

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
