Responsibilities:
Evaluate the condition of the patients and develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs Watch the patients as they carry out the task given to them Observe and assess the progress of the patients in order to prepare a detailed report about their progress Preferred Job Requirements:

years of experience as Occupational Therapist BS degree or greater in occupational therapy Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of occupational therapy Hands-on experience with computer programs and creative media Familiarity with ADLs evaluation tools Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Source:
