Company Description Job Description 1) Ensure credit control, collection and reporting 2) Maintain accounts receivable insurance program 3) Assist General Manager as appropriate and in report preparation 4) Oversee local accounts payable function and ensure coordination with central accounts payable 5) Manage administrative and customer service employees 6) Maintain all payroll records and local payroll reporting 7) Ensure union dues billing, health & welfare, pension payments and reconciliation 8) Comply with administrative policy and procedures 11) Maintain good communications with other departments such as Sales, Accounting and Warehouse to ensure proper inventory and cash flow More questions?
