Automotive Finance Director / Manager We are seeking an experienced automotive finance director for our dealership in Burlington, Vermont.
Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner.
Lead, mentor, and foster relationships throughout the dealership.
Establish and exceed monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and year end reports.
Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products.
Qualifications:
Must have experience and an in depth understanding and successful track record working in an automotive dealerships finance department.
Outgoing, career minded personality with an expertise in developing relationships.
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
