Bachelor's Degree required, technical degree preferred 5-10 years of supervisory experience in Quality Assurance in the Medical Device industry Quality System Regulation experience for Medical Devices Manufacturing a must Plastic injection molding experience preferred ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor preferred Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be hands-on and have excellent problem-solving skills Able to travel occasionally for business Proven customer relationship skills. Serves as the Management Representative for certification audits, training and maintenance of ISO13485/ISO9000/TS16949 Manages all internal and external audits, CAPA program, document control and record review Manages a staff that will include Quality Inspectors, Quality Technicians, and Document Control Spe
